3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. This includes:

  • Full name.
  • Valid email address.
  • Contact information.
  • Payment details.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Use a strong password and keep it secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

4.3 Renewal and Auto-Renewal

  • Hosting and domain services are billed on a recurring basis.
  • Your services will auto-renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date.
  • You authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fees to your chosen payment method.

4.4 Late Payments

  • Payments not received by the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

4.5 Refund Policy

  • No Refund After Service Activation:
    In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, refunds are not applicable once digital services such as web hosting, email, or domain registration have been activated or used.

  • Partial Refunds for Incomplete Services:
    If a service is not fully delivered due to technical limitations or delays on our side, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused portion, subject to management approval.

  • Full Refund for Non-Delivery:
    If OTP Technologies LLC is unable to activate or deliver the purchased service at all, the client is entitled to a full refund, provided a written request is submitted within 7 days of the original order.

5. Service Usage Policy

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing illegal content.
  • Sending spam or unauthorized bulk emails.
  • Engaging in activities that compromise network security.
  • Using our Services to harm or exploit minors.

5.2 Resource Usage

  • Shared hosting accounts are subject to resource usage limits as defined in your hosting plan.
  • Excessive use of server resources may result in temporary suspension or upgrading requirements.

5.3 Backup Policy

  • While we provide backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
  • We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension of Services

We may suspend your Services without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your payment is overdue.
  • Your activities pose a risk to our network or other users.

6.2 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate your account or Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Repeated late payments.

6.3 Customer-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your Services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. No refunds will be issued for unused service periods unless specified in our Refund Policy.

All content, software, and technology provided by OTP Technologies LLC are the intellectual property of OTP Technologies LLC or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTP Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold OTP Technologies LLC, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
